I've been serving as the part time Minister for the Federated Church of Thomaston.  This unexpected "assignment" has been bringing me great joy!  The congregation of Federated are a wonderful group of seekers after the Spirit! I'll be there part time on Sunday's from now until sometime in the future, not sure just how long, but long enough to unpack my bags and make the spiritual journey of life with these folks for awhile.

I've also begun again sending out my "Sunday words" after a long hiatus.  I send them out to my combined freerangepastor and Federated Church mailing lists early on Sunday mornings, and am happy to add anyone's e-mail address who would like to receive them.  I find it helps me personally to think beyond preaching every Sunday to some theme of spiritual seeking for the week.  This week my ponderings fall around the idea of ritual.
